Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate shipping information.

International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, or duties that may be imposed by their local government.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must be returned in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item, and will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
